From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to help us. Fantastic and spacious room. Modern and clean bathroom. Free coffee machine in the room. Fresh and delicious breakfast. Great location close to major tourist spots.

The room was clean, well-equipped, and the bedding was comfortable. The hotel's location is also a major plus, with the metro close by and plenty of bars, shops, and restaurants within walking distance. the hotel is conveniently located near popular city sights, making it easy to explore. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying at Hotel Park Lane.

The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, with a coffee machine as a nice bonus. The location was fantastic, right in the center and perfect for shopping.
The breakfast room lacked coziness and felt a bit cold. It would have been nice to have a wider variety of vegetarian milk options available.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, including Maria and Osiel, provided very nice customer service throughout our stay. The location is superb, with close proximity to train stations and two different metro stops on the 9 line. It's also conveniently located away from all the main attractions, making it easy to explore this city. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast offered ample options. We were impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.
